1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Lady P's Eikaiwa, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you
agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms,
please do not use our services.
2. Services Description & Disclaimer
Lady P's Eikaiwa provides professional English and communication consulting services, including but not limited to business consulting, language coaching, and strategic advisory services. All services are provided on a consulting and advisory basis.
Important Disclaimer: Our consulting services are educational and advisory in nature.
We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. For matters requiring
licensed professional services, please consult the appropriate qualified professional.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required before consulting services begin. Payment can be made through our secure booking system or by invoice for corporate engagements and multi-seat packages.
- All payments must be completed before scheduling consulting sessions
- Access to private booking links is provided only after payment is received
- All package payments are 100% non-refundable immediately upon purchase, regardless of scheduling status.
- To maintain engagement momentum, all consulting sessions within a purchased package must be scheduled and completed within 6 weeks of the package purchase date. Any unused sessions after 6 weeks are automatically forfeited.
- Discovery Session fees ($500) are100% non-refundable upon booking. The $500 credit toward a consulting package expires exactly 72 hours after the conclusion of the Discovery Session.
4. Booking and Scheduling Policy
Discovery Sessions
Discovery Sessions are intended as an initial consultation for new clients or for existing
clients starting a new service or project. These sessions are available Monday through
Thursday between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM only. All Discovery Session bookings must fall
within this time window and are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time
of booking.
Discovery Sessions are not intended for ongoing use and are separate from consulting sessions included in paid service packages. Clients who have purchased a consulting package should use their private booking link for scheduling ongoing sessions, not the
Discovery Session booking system.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance and no more than 30 days in advance. Available time slots are shown in real-time through our booking system. If a
time slot is not displayed, it is currently unavailable.
Ongoing Client Sessions
Ongoing consulting clients will receive access to a private booking link after payment.
Additional booking times may be available for ongoing clients based on availability and
at the consultant's discretion. Availability may vary for private clients and is offered at
the consultant's discretion.
Before beginning ongoing consulting services, clients will receive a service agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and applicable policies. This ensures clarity and alignment for a successful engagement.
General Scheduling Requirements
All sessions, including initial bookings and rescheduled sessions, must fall within the
consultant's available booking hours and cannot be scheduled outside of those times.
All bookings are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. By booking,
you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Attend scheduled sessions at the agreed-upon time
- Schedule all sessions within available booking hours only
- Provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule
- Participate professionally and respectfully
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or
failure to attend a scheduled session will result in immediate forfeiture of that session with no
refund or credit. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability within our booking
hours.
Group Sessions & Events
Group sessions or special events may be offered separately and will have their own
schedules, availability, and booking procedures. These offerings are announced
independently and are not included in standard consulting packages.
5. Session Expiration Policy
To maintain operational consistency and engagement momentum, all consulting packages must be fully completed within six (6) weeks of the purchase date, unless a different duration is explicitly codified in a signed corporate service agreement. Unused sessions past this 6-week window expire immediately, are entirely non-refundable, and cannot be transferred or extended.
6. Scope of Services
Services are limited to the selected consulting package and include only what is
explicitly outlined in your engagement agreement. Our services do not include:
- Unlimited support or communication outside scheduled sessions
- Additional work beyond the defined scope
- Services not specified in your package or agreement
- Emergency or on-demand consulting
- Additional services may be available for purchase separately and are subject to
- availability.
7. Results & Guarantees
While we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services, results are not
guaranteed. Outcomes depend on multiple factors including your effort,
implementation of recommendations, external circumstances, and individual variables
beyond our control. We provide guidance and strategic advice, but ultimate results are
your responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All materials, content, frameworks, and deliverables provided during consulting
engagements remain the intellectual property of Lady P's Eikaiwa, LLC unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Materials provided are for your personal or internal business use only. You may not
reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any materials, frameworks, or content without express written permission. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in termination of services and legal action.
9. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information shared during consulting sessions. We will
not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Professional Conduct
We expect all clients to:
- Communicate professionally and respectfully
- Provide honest and accurate information
- Respect our time and expertise
- Follow through on agreed-upon action items
- We reserve the right to terminate services with clients who engage in unprofessional or
- disrespectful behavior.
11. Modifications to Terms & Services
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service, our service offerings, pricing,
policies, and business practices at any time without prior notice. Changes will be
effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of
the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for
updates.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the jurisdiction in which Lady P's Eikaiwa, LLC operates, without regard to its
conflict of law provisions.
