We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit payments, as well as bank transfers.

The minimum age requirement for enrollment in Lady P's Eikaiwa is 16 years old. However, we also offer courses for younger students in our Camp program.
If you need to cancel a lesson, don’t worry—unused lessons can be rescheduled within three months, giving you some flexibility while keeping you on track. After three months, any unused lessons will expire, so you’ll have plenty of time to make the most of them. This approach helps you stay committed to your goals while offering the flexibility you need.
Yes, we offer several discounts:

1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Single Lessons: Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours of the lesson are non-refundable.
- Monthly Packages: Refunds are available for unused portions of monthly packages only if you cancel within 7 days from the start of the billing cycle. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for that month.
- Prepaid Packages: For prepaid packages or annual plans, refunds for unused sessions are available only if you cancel within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of remaining sessions.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, submit a written request to our support team with the following information:
- Full name
- Email address associated with the account
- Reason for the refund request
- Details of the package or lesson in question
- Proof of purchase
3. Processing Refunds
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days from receipt of the request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for:
- Lessons or services that have already been delivered or completed.
- Packages or subscriptions where the refund request is made outside the specified cancellation period.
5. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at our discretion. Any changes will be updated on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
